Long Response:
1. People are not being allowed to renew their passport since the government doesn't know if they are actually US citizens. Some midwifes gave American birth certificates to people born in Mexico so now they don't know who's is legal.

 2.  Juan was angry when he couldn't renew his birth certificate. He couldn't understand why they wouldn't let him since he has a US birth certificate and served for the army.

 3.  When the US government gets a passport application from someone they think has a fraudulent version they decline. They do not allow them to renew their passport.

 4.  I think they should be able to get a passport and just make sure that from now on nobody in Mexico can get an American birth certificate. The people who have a American birth certificate have lived in America their whole life and thats all they have known so why take that from them. Let them stay and renew their passport especially if they fought for our country.
