 PUBLISHING DRUNK DRIVER' PHOTO: Don White takes pictures of the people they catch drunk driving and post their pictures in the newspaper. He posts the pictures cause he knows that people don't like it and he hopes posting pictures will stop drunk driving. Since people don't want their drunk photo taken they will stop drinking and driving. As long as people aren't extremely angry then its totally fine.
